Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Resource Management Software across public sector programs
Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into Oracle-based solutions
Configure, customize, and deploy Oracle modules to support resource planning, allocation, and tracking
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Conduct system integration, data migration, testing, and user acceptance support
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization
Develop implementation documentation, functional designs, and user guides
Ensure solutions comply with public sector regulations, policies, and reporting requirements

Required

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with additional Oracle ERP modules
Knowledge of public sector financial, resource, or workforce management processes
Prior experience supporting large-scale or multi-agency Oracle implementations
Oracle certifications related to Resource Management or ERP solutions
