Project Administrator
Metropolitan Management Group is looking for a Project Administrator to join their growing team. This role involves providing administrative support to Project Managers for multifamily apartment projects, ensuring that projects move forward in an organized and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
Maintain project directory and distribution lists, communicate with trade partners
Prepare subcontracts and work orders; request lien waivers
Assist with project budget maintenance
Enter and review trade partner invoices with Project Manager guidance and sync with ERP when required
Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for billing and lien waivers
Assist Project Manager with processing RFI submittals and COs as directed by Project Manager through Procore
Assist with submittal process and workflows
Schedule and prepare for meetings; record and distribute meeting minutes
Maintain drawing log and distribute drawings
Assist in maintaining weekly schedule distribution for the projects as directed by the Project Manager
Perform other duties as assigned and required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365, DocuSign, Adobe)
Preferred
Previous experience in an administrative or project based role in is helpful
Basic knowledge of construction industry and terminology
Familiarity with construction management software packages
