Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive Digital Engineering Ecosystem to support end-to-end engineering processes
Lead the adoption of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), digital twins, and other advanced technologies
Integrate tools, platforms, and data sources to enable seamless collaboration and decision-making
Develop and enforce best practices for digital engineering workflows and data management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital engineering to continuously enhance the ecosystem
Provide training and support to internal teams to maximize the ecosystem’s effectiveness

Required

US Citizenship and a secret level security clearance is required
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience 5+ years in digital engineering, systems engineering, or a similar role
Expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies
Familiarity with digital twin technology, cloud computing, and data integration platforms
Strong project management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred

Experience with industry-standard tools such as Cameo, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for engineering environments
Certification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) is a plus
