Responsibilities
Collaborating with hiring managers across multiple teams to create compelling candidate experiences
Coordinating complex interview scheduling including one-on-one, panel interviews, in person and video conference interviews
Managing candidates and hiring managers through the search process
Adapting and modifying systems to suit changing business requirements
Managing external recruiting vendor coordination
Coordinating travel and lodging for out-of-state candidates
Providing office management support for employees based in New York City and the surrounding areas
Qualification
Required
Professional recruiting or people coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Experience coordinating complex interview scheduling including one-on-one, panel interviews, in person and video conference interviews, often working with multiple time zones and regional offices
Proficient and enjoys managing candidates and hiring managers through the search process, ensuring good communication and an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
Process-oriented and able to adapt and modify systems to suit changing business requirements
Ability to manage external recruiting vendor coordination
Experience coordinating travel and lodging for out-of-state candidates
Ability to provide office management support for our employees based in New York City and the surrounding areas
Preferred
Experience at a software startup preferred
Professional experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems a plus
