Responsibilities

Participate in and assist with planning sessions and counseling together
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Support process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities for efficiency
Document processes, checklists, and workflows
Perform administrative tasks related to project tracking and reporting

Required

Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
Current student or recent graduate (within the past year) in project management or related field
Interest in family history research
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to learn other in-house systems
