Providing analysis, evaluation, and reporting for all Customer Service cost centers
Coordinating the Customer Service budget and forecast processes to ensure accurate and timely data and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related financial field
At least two years of financial accounting experience
Solid understanding of accounting processes and issue resolution
Strong communication skills
Ability to explain financial concepts to non‑accounting audiences
Self-starter who can work independently while remaining accessible to customer service teams and leadership
Preferred
Knowledge of GAAP
Knowledge of FERC principles
Experience with budgeting software
Experience with Oracle
Experience with CRM systems
Experience with tools that support customer service and market planning
Utility industry experience
