Responsibilities
Manage IT asset inventory and equipment deployment
Provide frontline desktop support and troubleshooting
Ensure compliance and readiness of all devices
Travel to hospital locations for equipment support
Install and configure software on devices
Collaborate with end users for hardware and software issues
Maintain strong organizational and technical skills
Handle on-call responsibilities post-conversion
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a Desktop Support role
Strong troubleshooting and imaging skills
Experience with IP Addresses and DNS
Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory
Strong customer service and relational skills
Requires TB Test, Flu, and Covid-19 Vaccines
Clean driving record necessary
Preferred
Professional experience in asset management
Experience working in a hospital environment
