Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance applications using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) v8.x
Build and configure case types, flows, rules, UI sections, and reports
Develop and manage Pega rulesets following Pega guardrails and best practices
Perform rule debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution using Tracer and Splunk
Implement and support Pega integrations and data access layers
Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Provide production support , incident analysis, and defect resolution
Work within Agile/Scrum methodology , participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Use Rally for Agile tracking and ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident, problem, and change management
Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) v8.x
Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) – Required
Good understanding of Pega framework, case management, and workflows
Strong hands-on experience with SQL
Exposure to HTML and XML for UI and integration support
Experience using Tracer and Splunk for debugging and monitoring
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticketing and production support
Experience working in Agile environments using Rally
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred
Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
Experience with Pega integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs)
Domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare
Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps processes
Experience supporting high-availability production systems
Knowledge of Pega Decisioning or Customer Service frameworks
Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure)
Performance optimization and production monitoring experience
