Responsibilities
You will provide IT support in a modern cloud-based environment and support your colleagues with their questions and technical issues
You will support employees located in all global offices, with on-site support from our Denver location
You will provide timely hardware and software solutions for employees both remotely and on-site, ensuring communication throughout the resolution process via our internal support ticketing system
You create and maintain documentation on our systems and support processes
You will manage varying level priorities of tasks and maintain the workflow of our day to day needs
You will provide hands-on support to a developing NA Office in Denver, CO
You help your colleagues to quickly and accurately resolve standard problems in the ticket system
You contribute to the documentation library and how-to articles
You contribute initial ideas for automation and process improvement
You ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees
Qualification
Required
Associates or Bachelors Degree or mixture of education and years of experience
1+ years of professional experience in an IT administration or like role
Good knowledge in Windows (Win11), MacOS, Printers, Jira, etc
Interest in, and eagerness to learn more about, scripting languages and process automation
Ability to work reliably, independently and produce high-quality work
Interest in or experience working in a global matrix environment
Ability to travel internationally, and a valid passport must be provided at the time of hire
Located in Denver, Colorado and can work on-site from the Denver office 3-4 days per week
