Responsibilities
Submit permit applications to municipalities for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
Coordinate and schedule job site inspections with the appropriate authorities
Maintain communication with municipalities, customers, and internal teams regarding permit status
Track permits from submission through approval, inspection, and final closeout
Ensure proper documentation, completion, and closeout of all permitted work
Maintain accurate records, logs, and files related to permits and inspections
Assist with any additional administrative tasks related to compliance and permitting
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with colleagues, customers, and third‑party agencies
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Valid driver's license
