Visual Designer
KTeam is a hybrid venture studio focused on building and backing the infrastructure behind Main Street. They are seeking an experienced Visual Designer to create visually compelling materials across various marketing and creative initiatives, collaborating closely with the Design Director and Marketing team to enhance the brand's visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
Design visually compelling presentations: PowerPoint is a must-know (Keynote and Google Slides are a plus)
Create multi-page layouts for brochures, reports, and marketing materials that communicate ideas clearly and beautifully
Collaborate with the Design Director and Marketing team to produce clean, cohesive, and on-brand visuals
Take creative direction and run with it, execute efficiently, iterate thoughtfully, and deliver with excellence
Design digital assets for campaigns, emails, and social channels
Maintain organized files, brand consistency, and seamless cross-platform hand-offs
Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging creative technology (bonus if you’re familiar with AI-driven photo generation or layout ideation)
Qualification
Required
A strong portfolio - we want to see your work
3–5 years of experience as a Visual Designer (or equivalent) in-house or at an agency
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are required; After Effects is a big plus
Exceptional PowerPoint skills: advanced understanding of deck structure, layout, transitions, and storytelling (Keynote and Google Slides are a plus)
Experienced with brand systems and maintaining design consistency across multiple sub-brands
Strong layout design experience: brochures, reports, catalogs, and other multi-page collateral
Proficiency in Figma and/or Framer
Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with minimal hand-holding while maintaining high-quality output
A sharp eye for typography, color, composition, and detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction, provide feedback, and work independently
Preferred
Experience creating motion graphics or animations (After Effects)
Understanding of print production and vendor prep
Experience using AI-based tools for concepting, photo generation, or creative acceleration
