Responsibilities

Build and maintain HubSpot workflows (marketing and sales automations)
Create and refine reports and dashboards to support sales and marketing teams
Build and manage audience lists and segmentation for campaigns
Maintain data hygiene and assist with CRM cleanup as needed
Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize existing automations
Document processes and configurations

Qualification

Required

3+ years of hands-on HubSpot admin experience
Proficiency across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub (CS workspace)
Strong understanding of workflow logic, list segmentation, and custom reporting
Detail-oriented with a bias toward clean, well-documented work
Responsive communicator who can work asynchronously
Independent contractors only — no agencies, please

Preferred

Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub
Familiarity with B2B SaaS or healthcare tech environments
