Responsibilities

Be at the core for creating innovative visualization systems that demonstrate the business value of Epsilon’s digital marketing platform directly to our stakeholders and global customers, which includes some of the world’s largest brands

Improve your collaboration skills and acquire hands-on experience working on industry-level applications with large data sets and systems

Required

Currently enrolled in a PhD program with relevant coursework, research, and background in data visualization and/or visual analytics

Proficient knowledge and practical exposure to data visualization concepts and software

Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, visually compelling insights

Demonstrated expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript development

Hands-on experience with modern web technologies such as React, D3.js, WebGL, or Three.js

Preferred

Ability to conduct independent research to identify and recommend the best approaches for solving complex technology and business problems

Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data transformation, and analytics methodologies

Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, including LLMs, agentic interfaces and RAG

Hands-on experience applying UX/UI principles in real-world projects
