Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operations of mentorship, learning, or workforce programs
Support program onboarding, scheduling, and milestone tracking
Ensure participants, mentors, and partners stay engaged and informed
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned programs
Build and sustain engagement across mentors, learners, partners, and stakeholders
Proactively identify drop-offs, disengagement, or friction points
Support events, sessions, office hours, or cohort activities as needed
Maintain a strong pulse on community health and participation
Help track participation, engagement, and basic outcome signals
Surface insights to the core team around what’s working and what isn’t
Support feedback collection and continuous program improvement
Assist in preparing program summaries or reports for stakeholders
Support onboarding of new programs or partners
Help identify opportunities to expand programs or introduce new ones
Collaborate with leadership on improving program design and delivery
Qualification
Required
