Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to accounting and tax practices evaluating AI solutions
Lead discovery conversations and deliver tailored product demonstrations
Show firm leaders how automation cuts down phone traffic and administrative overhead
Work with marketing to create messaging and content specific to the industry
Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure solutions fit accountants’ real-world needs
Qualification
Required
Background in accounting, tax preparation, or bookkeeping (CPA designation not required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; client-facing experience preferred
Ability to quickly learn and confidently explain modern software
Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, TaxDome, Calendly, or CRMs
Self-motivated, curious, and excited to help shape the future of client communications
