Providing guidance and support to schools implementing the International Baccalaureate (IB) programs
Developing educational materials tailored to the IB framework
Collaborating with schools to ensure compliance with IB standards
Training and supporting educators
Creating resources
Maintaining relationships with clients to enhance their experience and use of Faria's services
Qualification
Required
In-depth knowledge of International Baccalaureate programs, including experience with IB curriculum development and pedagogy
Experience in training, delivering workshops, and supporting educators effectively
Skills in resource development, educational consulting, and maintaining compliance with international educational standards
Proficiency in communication, collaboration, and fostering long-term professional relationships with schools and partners
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Preferred
Advanced degree in education or a related field is preferred
Experience working in an IB school or institution is highly desirable
