Responsibilities
Shape and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Cloud ERP SCM, focusing on Asset and Service Management
Develop and implement aggressive competition strategies against best-of-breed vendors by providing an integrated and embedded solution portfolio
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful integration, measurable adoption, and business impact, while overseeing seamless integration of Cloud ERP SCM solutions into SAP’s product portfolio
Lead market research and analysis efforts to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive environments, and translate these insights into strategic product decisions
Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and impact of product initiatives, and continuously improve based on data-driven insights
Foster innovation by staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluating their potential to enhance Cloud ERP SCM offerings
Provide thought leadership and represent SAP at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to build the company's reputation in the market
Carry out build-buy-partner analysis for the product portfolio
Work closely together with the broader product management heads within supply chain to ensure a coherent product strategy end to end
Identify and drive the next generation of product innovation driven by Artificial Intelligence that drives customer value and adoption
Drive Partnerships with the right product vendors to drive synergies
Support M&A initiatives including identifying targets and due diligence
Lead and inspire a team of experts to achieve common goals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Qualification
Required
Master's degree (preferably an MBA) in Business Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
10-15 years of professional experience in product management and/or consulting in supply chain and asset/service management
Deep, practical expertise in SAP products and SCM processes, with a strong focus on Cloud ERP and SAP S/4HANA integrations preferred
Proven track record of developing and executing competitive strategies and comprehensive product roadmaps, especially in markets with strong competition
Proven experience in managing customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Exceptional analytical skills to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making
Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Superior communication, intercultural, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, results-oriented mindset
Trusted team player able to work independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Highly adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines in a complex and evolving organization
Preferred
Experience in an asset centric industry and in Strategy Consulting firms are an added advantage
