Training and Event Coordinator - Office of Judicial Administration
Kansas Office of Judicial Administration is seeking a proactive, solution-oriented training and event coordinator to join their education team. The ideal candidate will oversee the organization and execution of comprehensive educational programs in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Coordinate most aspects of training and events, including researching/booking venues, managing vendor relationships (caterers, audio/visual), and preparing event materials
Manage attendee lists, RSVPs, and internal/external communication to promote training and events
Oversee setup, breakdown, and operations of in-person events to ensure a smooth experience for participants
Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Analyze training and event effectiveness by collecting feedback and preparing reports for management to determine return on investment and future improvements
Assist in tracking and managing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business, or hospitality, or 3+ years of relevant experience
Must have the ability to travel regularly with some overnight stays
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously and with outstanding attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal skills for engaging with vendors, judges, and staff
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
