Responsibilities
Own marketing performance reporting across programs, campaigns, and channels, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that communicate performance, impact, and trends to internal and external stakeholders
Proactively analyze performance to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization recommendations tied to business goals
Lead partner and client reporting, translating data into clear, strategic narratives and presentations
Conduct audience, cohort, and behavioral analysis to inform targeting, messaging, and content strategy
Partner cross-functionally to define analytics requirements, improve data quality, and support testing and measurement efforts
Set performance benchmarks, monitor results, and recommend course corrections as needed
Champion a data-informed culture by guiding stakeholders on metrics, insights, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance reporting, or digital analytics
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and analytics tools/software
Demonstrated ability to independently lead analysis from question definition through recommendation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and strong business context
Clear, confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical education
