Build strong partnerships across the enterprise to drive adoption, resolve issues, and close gaps—ensuring a proactive and robust governance structure
Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and closure; facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders
Perform monthly data reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and deliver accurate tracking and reporting
Raise, monitor, and facilitate remediation of findings; define escalation and exception processes
Conduct reviews, host governance routines, and maintain governance materials, reports, and repositories
Identify gaps and recommend solutions to strengthen governance processes
Ensure adherence to internal policies, standards, and processes
Drive automation of existing processes and reports
Create and maintain procedure documents
Effectively communicate ideas verbally and in writing to influence teammates, technology partners, business leaders, and executives
Deliver presentations, dashboards, and governance metrics to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in process governance and execution
Proven track record in risk-focused projects and programs
Experience working in large-scale, matrixed organizations—preferably in financial services
Strong skills in process refinement, governance, and project delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management
Strategic thinker with adaptability and a willingness to learn quickly
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
