Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent content and engagement projects, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners
Serve as the operational point person for consultants and vendors, coordinating scopes of work, timelines, inputs, and approvals
Coordinate and execute internal and external meetings, managing end-to-end logistics across parallel workstreams
Synthesize insights from research, convenings, and engagements to support internal and external knowledge-sharing and inform future content and strategy
Organize events, workshops, and engagements with national partners, policymakers, and industry leaders, with an emphasis on economic-focused programming
Manage a broader team-wide editorial calendar and anticipate bottlenecks, flag risks early, and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in project management, program management, content operations, or similar roles involving multiple simultaneous projects
Demonstrated experience navigating and managing across a broad array of internal stakeholders and external consultants
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track many moving parts without sacrificing quality or deadlines
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable insights
A proactive problem-solver who brings structure, judgment, and calm to fast-paced environments
Clear and effective communicator, comfortable working across functions, seniority levels, and time zones
Ability to work independently and across functions while contributing as a trusted partner to a collaborative team
Preferred
Interest in the intersection of technology, policy/politics, and news
Familiarity with AI, emerging technologies, or regulatory frameworks is a plus but not required
