Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations
Qualification
Required
15 years of experience in IT
Deep understanding of ServiceNow
Experience in architecting and delivering functional solutions
Ability to lead the end-to-end design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions
Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements
Ability to analyze needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Experience in developing and maintaining architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations
Preferred
Experience with SN-Service Mapping
Experience with ITOM
Experience with AYS Service Now
Experience with Scripting
