System Administrator
CyberClan is a global leader in cybersecurity and incident response, dedicated to helping organizations recover from cyber incidents. The Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the IT environments of multiple clients, ensuring reliability, security, and performance through advanced technical support and proactive administration.
Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and maintain servers, storage, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and network infrastructure across client environments
Perform system installations, upgrades, configuration changes, and patch management
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Implement and maintain client system security
Support identity and access management including Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot
Maintain and optimize network infrastructures
Manage and document service tickets
Conduct system health checks and capacity planning
Support enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with ITS teams on deployments and initiatives
Support VoIP, video conferencing, and mobile device management
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Qualification
Required
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar
Minimum 5 years experience in systems administration
Strong background with on-prem, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures
Understanding of IT operations and ITIL best practices
Demonstrated change-management experience
Proficiency with Windows Server, AD, M365, virtualization, networking, firewalls
PowerShell scripting
Cybersecurity fundamentals
Experience with backup technologies
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Preferred
Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, CompTIA certifications
MSP or multi-client environment experience
Strong communication skills
Organizational and multitasking skills
Adaptability and continuous-learning mindset
