Qualification
Required
Experience in casework, counseling, social work or related
Video game background
Experience in Project Management particularly in planning and coordinating multiple activities while meeting deadlines
Exceptional written, verbal Communication skills, and customer service skills
Self started, highly organized
Preferred
Knowledge of gaming, mentorship, or youth-focused programming
Experience in working with military communities or non-profit organizations
A bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, education, or project management
Proficiency in collaborative technology tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace)
