Marketing Program Coordinator
Alliance Funding Group (AFG) is one of the largest privately held equipment finance companies in the U.S. They are hiring a Marketing Programs & Content Coordinator to oversee and maintain the accuracy, consistency, and evolution of their marketing programs and messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities
Review, manage, and maintain all marketing content, including:
Print collateral and program materials
Email campaigns
Paid advertising and industry publications
Social media, video, trade show, and event marketing
Proactively audit content for accuracy
Company stats, years in business, transaction limits, rates, and program details
Manage and maintain a centralized library of all current programs, campaigns, and approved messaging
Review messaging used by different sales teams and industry verticals
Propose updated language, new angles, or alternative ways to present existing offerings
Proactively suggest campaign ideas, program updates, offers, or messaging shifts
Present recommendations to the VP of Marketing for approval prior to design or production
Identify outdated or inconsistent materials and recommend updates
Qualification
Required
Equipment finance, equipment leasing, or commercial lending experience is required
Familiarity with sales-driven marketing materials
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable coordinating content across multiple teams and channels
