Responsibilities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving independent work streams to address client challenges and deliver successful project outcomes
Analyzing data, formulating hypotheses, and developing innovative, actionable recommendations to solve complex and ambiguous healthcare problems
Developing high-quality client deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, financial analyses, and other written deliverables, using logical reasoning under tight timelines
Communicating effectively with stakeholders by presenting results, synthesizing information, and driving implementation
Creating and managing project plans with clear goals, deliverables, and outcomes, ensuring timely execution across varied schedules and locations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field with a focus on analytics and critical thinking
0–4 years of professional work experience; internship or prior experience in consulting, analytics, or a healthcare-related field is preferred
Proven experience in data-driven decision-making through prior work in consulting or a similar analytical role, showcasing expertise in data analysis, trend identification, and actionable insights development
General knowledge and demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry, including familiarity with key stakeholders, trends, and challenges
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed quantitative analyses and identify key insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other analytical tools preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and reliability in all work products
Ability to communicate effectively and accurately to clearly present complex information to clients and team members
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and see tasks through to completion
Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Ability and willingness to travel as required, with flexibility to meet client needs
Preferred
Internship or prior experience in consulting, analytics, or a healthcare-related field is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other analytical tools preferred
