Responsibilities

Design API-based integration solutions for enterprise customers
Partner with Sales during pre-sales discovery and solution design
Guide customers post-sale through implementation and best practices
Act as the technical voice of the customer internally
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on roadmap feedback
Create solution design docs, architecture diagrams, and enablement material

Qualification

Required

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, etc.)
Strong experience with REST APIs and integrations
SaaS background (FinTech, Media, Procurement, Payments, or similar)
Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers

Preferred

Bonus: Finance, accounting, or payments experience
