Responsibilities

Architect Solutions: Conduct deep-dive workshops to translate complex payroll requirements into elegant Workday configurations
Innovate & Optimize: Move beyond 'ticket-taking.' You will identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and implement system improvements that save clients hundreds of hours
The Technical Craft: Build and refine Calculated Fields, custom Dashboards, and Advanced Reports to give clients real-time visibility into their payroll health
Lead the Way: Act as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME), sharing 'Lessons Learned' and best practices to guide clients through the ever-evolving Workday landscape
Consulting Excellence: Manage multiple concurrent projects with high autonomy, maintaining a 'Point of View' that clients trust

Qualification

Workday PayrollCalculated FieldsAdvanced ReportsExcelClear CommunicationProblem Solving

Required

2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Payroll (Implementation or AMS)
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to explain complex technical logic to a non-technical business partner
Ability to analyze problems and present solutions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
