Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to campaign execution and upkeep
Conduct market research to identify new campaign initiatives and deliverables
Gather and analyze campaign data (web traffic and rankings)
Assist with organizing company hosted events and participation in industry events
Coordinate with Marketing Campaign Analysts and Graphic Designer to create promotional materials including but not limited to digital and print ads, one sheets, capability briefs, landing pages, and social media posts
Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Marketing/Communications/Business Administration associate's degree OR Highschool diploma with 2+ years of marketing experience
Experience with Hootsuite, Canva, and Microsoft O365 platform a plus
Background Check required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, most specifically, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
Basic knowledge of Internet usage, researching and marketing to include Social Media
Ability to travel as needed and attend evening and weekend events as required
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, customers and company contacts
Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public
