Responsibilities
Perform Business Integrity strategy analysis and research for TikTok Commercial Business, proactively identify business risk and revenue balance pain points, and design solutions
Experience in leading or contributing to end-to-end analysis projects, encompassing problem identification, data collection, analysis, solution development, and implementation
Continue to track industry development, capture market changes, opportunities, and risks, and streamline integrity industry best practices and strategy
Connect relevant business teams, use quantitative and qualitative solutions to track effects and impacts, and continuously optimize cognition and agile iteration to achieve business goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent education/work experience in Ad integrity or Risk control space
You're entrepreneurial. You're self-driven and organized. Comfortable working in ambiguous yet fast-paced environments and passionate about building solutions that scale
You have a deep interest in developing and growing business opportunities by solving customer problems and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize products and processes
Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026
