Business Development Associate
Kelly Services is partnering with a nationwide provider of restoration services to find a Business Development Associate for an upcoming project. The role involves inside sales, focusing on prospecting and cold calling facilities managers of Fortune 1000 companies to support client growth plans.

Responsibilities
Leverage phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels to contact and persuade facilities managers to take introductory meetings with the President and Executive Vice President
Utilize ZoHo to record prospect communication activities and drive follow-up with management
Utilize and modify phone scripts and email templates for prospecting
Understand our clients’ service offerings
Compile and submit weekly reports
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of relevant sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems
Demonstrated experience with cold calling
Proven track record in appointment setting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
