Responsibilities
Attend activities and events at Beam Living properties for setup, hosting and breakdown
Assist in the marketing of events by replacing property materials as needed
Verify resident identification, confirm registration, greet and de-greet
Help facilitate usage and programming of recreation spaces
Conduct daily audits of the playgrounds - ensuring safe operation of all apparatus
Ensure the cleanliness of each playground at Beam communities
Assist at the various amenity spaces: community center, fitness centers, shared workspaces, residents’ lounges
Meet & Greet residents, assist with programming set up/break-down, enhancing resident experience
Contribute to the administrative support and operations of Lifestyle Services. Including invoicing, auditing, and scheduling
Qualification
Required
Rising College Junior or Senior currently completing a degree in the Human Resources field or a related field to the internship position
A creator who may contribute to the activity programming
The ability to connect with others to keep the team aligned and focused
An analytical ability to collect and use information to solve complex problems
The discipline and willingness to do what needs to be done
A love for doing what others won't and solving difficult problems
A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too
