Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of complex software concepts, from initial design through to deployment
Plan, execute, and validate systems programming tests, including the integration of interfacing and software tests
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering professional growth and technical proficiency
Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance application capabilities
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or other quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience
Three (3) years' experience in information technology or engineering environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast paced, dynamic environments
Strong leadership, customer and people development skills
Strong problem solving, project management and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
