Developing our Search Engine Optimization Strategy
Implementing on-page SEO best practices
Creating and executing a B2C content strategy
Driving conversion rate optimization
Reporting on various SEO KPIs along with increased APE production
Managing partners, agencies, and contractors
Improving organic visibility and driving increased APE production from organic and direct channels
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in SEO
Strong experience in every facet of SEO: technical SEO, on-page factors, user experience, performance, etc
Ability to work with internal customers and manage agencies
Handles the rejection of ideas with a growth mind-set
Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
Deep understanding of how search engines crawl, render, index, and rank web pages
Excellent written and verbal communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on individual delivery dates
Preferred
Experience in life insurance preferred, however not required
