Responsibilities
Review GAO audits and ensure meticulous attention to detail in task execution
Utilize task management systems to track and report program/project status, including cost, schedule, and performance metrics
Apply program management principles to oversee planning, organization, and coordination of aircraft systems development and sustainment
Provide recommendations to ensure the success of major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP)
Actively participate as a member of or support the overall Program Management Office (PMO)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or an Associate's degree with four additional years of relevant experience
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in program management, technical analysis, or business analysis
At least 4 years of recent work experience focused on analysis and planning
At least 2 years working within a DOW/DOD or DHS Program Office
Experience using Task Management Software tools
Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Preferred
Familiarity with DoD Instruction (DoDI) 5000.2 regarding the operation of the Defense Acquisition System
Experience with project management software and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Previous experience in a military or defense contracting environment
