The Senior Finance Analyst will manage Intercompany Accounting and General Ledger processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with finance teams to resolve discrepancies and support financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Manage Intercompany Accounting transactions, reconciliations, and settlements
Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts on a monthly basis
Support the business units with the analysis and investigation of the transactions
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist with external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Identify process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations
Collaborate with other finance teams to resolve discrepancies and support financial reporting
All other reasonable duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, with exposure to Intercompany Accounting with FX, transfer pricing and markups
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Preferred
One Stream experience is a plus
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
