Coverys is seeking a Process Optimization Co-op to join their Customer Service & Enterprise Project Management team. This role involves providing project and administrative support, gaining hands-on experience in Lean process improvement, and working on various projects to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in Lean process improvement and project management

Partner with experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment

Analyze current business processes using Lean to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement

Work on various projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the overall experience

Research industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement and suggest relevant methodologies and tools

Learn how to turn organizational objectives into tangible reality that impact people

Support annual department goals by participating in projects

Support the Process Optimization Experts with documentation & scheduling

Assist with project management responsibilities

Qualification

Required

Must be a current student working towards a Bachelor's degree

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Lean principles a plus

Must have strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent writing and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred

At least one completed co-op/business related internship is preferred

SharePoint & Visio experience is a plus
