Responsibilities
Prepare launch kits and collateral for new product releases
Maintain and update product documentation and enablement content in a centralized knowledge base
Generate short-form content highlighting key capabilities through videos
Coordinate and deliver product training sessions for sales, customer success, and support teams
Ensure consistent messaging and positioning by collaborating with Product Marketing and Digital Product Management
Gather feedback from internal stakeholders, including product teams as it relates to the user and customer experience
Suggest to product teams enhancements from feedback sessions and reporting
Monitor adoption and usage of digital products
Qualification
Required
Preferred minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or product
Experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain sectors
Working on enterprise-level platforms
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
Change management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage diverse workload independently
