New Grad, Entry LevelIntePros is seeking a temporary Operations Support Analyst to provide critical short-term coverage for partner bonus processes and manual operational workflows. This role involves supporting monthly data sourcing and ensuring continuity of essential reporting during a temporary coverage period.

Responsibilities
Support partner bonuses and manual processes
Manually source and compile required data each month
Provide critical monthly data deliverables
Assist with ongoing operational data needs
Ensure accuracy and completeness of sourced information
Deliver outputs within tight timelines
Support several projects at one time
Accept reprioritization as necessary
Follow through on assigned responsibilities
Work independently and take ownership of deliverables
Work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company
Communicate clearly with stakeholders
Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Qualification
Required
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, work independently, and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines
Preferred
Experience with speech and language data collection and processing
End-to-end, hands-on experience with all aspects of data collections (recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
Consumer electronic research experience
Experience in customer service
