Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior technical leadership and development teams
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, testing, and deployment
Support configuration and integration of COTS solutions
Be hands-on when needed—coding, integrations, automation pipelines, architecture diagrams
Ensure system reliability, security compliance, and smooth delivery
Partner with cybersecurity teams to meet security standards
Document technical processes and proactively identify risks and roadblocks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
8+ years in software development, architecture, or technical leadership
Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, B2G NOW)
Hands-on with Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, or Go
Strong cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
DevOps expertise (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA) and automated build pipelines
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe
Preferred
Experience with B2GNOW or Business Diversity software
Strong business analysis and policy interpretation skills
Experience documenting non-functional requirements
Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills
