Responsibilities
Creating process flow diagrams (PFDs) and system layouts for custom process systems
Developing equipment specifications and supporting procurement and vendor selection
Reviewing and refining mechanical and system drawings produced by internal design teams
Supporting projects across budgeting, scheduling, fabrication, installation, and testing
Collaborating directly with customers to define requirements and resolve technical challenges
Supporting on-site commissioning and startup activities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in process engineering, project engineering, or systems engineering
Experience with industrial process systems, material handling, fluid handling, or mechanical equipment layouts
Ability to review vendor submittals, drawings, and equipment specifications
Comfort working in project-based engineering environments with multiple active builds
Strong working knowledge of engineering documentation, CAD drawings, and project workflows
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Self-directed and comfortable working directly with customers and suppliers
