Responsibilities

Design end-to-end automation solutions using the UiPath platform
Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions
Lead solution design, complexity assessment, and effort estimation
Stay hands-on for complex automations, POCs, and AI-enabled workflows
Build and govern automations using UiPath Studio and REFramework
Manage and design solutions using:
UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers)
UiPath Apps
UiPath Maestro
Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center
Design AI-enabled automations using OCR, IDP, APIs, and LLM integrations
Perform architecture and code reviews; mentor development teams
Partner with security and risk teams for architecture reviews
Ensure alignment with RPA CoE standards and governance
Manage automation backlogs and delivery using Jira
Support production stability, performance tuning, and issue resolution

Required

5+ years of experience in a UiPath Architect role
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Apps
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Maestro
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale automation architectures
Hands-on experience with AI & Document Understanding
Hands-on experience with API integrations
Hands-on experience with LLM integrations
Strong programming skills: C#
Strong programming skills: VB.NET
Strong programming skills: Python (plus)
Experience with APIs, databases, and enterprise system integrations
Agile experience with Jira backlog and sprint tracking
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and release management
Experience working with an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE)
UiPath Certification required: UiPath Certified Solution Architect (preferred), or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
