Responsibilities
Lead and support public works, capital improvement, and design-build infrastructure projects
Supervise engineering designers, including work assignments, quality control, and performance oversight
Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, scopes of work, and fee proposals
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and public agency stakeholders
Ensure compliance with applicable jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures
Contribute to preliminary engineering studies, design development, and construction documents
Support pipeline and utility projects, improvement plans, and public works specifications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
Minimum of 6 years of public works experience, or 10 years of total related experience
Preferred
California PE registration preferred
