They are seeking a hands-on Technical Service Representative to provide on-site technical service and support for specialty chemical applications, assisting with chemical testing, equipment setup, inspections, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical service and support for specialty chemical applications
Support pulp & paper, fleet wash, surface treatment, and industrial processes
Assist with chemical testing, equipment setup, inspections, and troubleshooting
Help optimize performance and reduce operating costs
Document findings, test results, and recommendations
Work safely in a unionized manufacturing environment with clear boundaries
Collaborate closely with internal technical and support teams
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, chemicals, utilities, food, water, or pulp & paper
Strong mechanical aptitude (pumps, piping, systems, testing)
Understanding of LOTO and plant safety practices
Comfortable working independently on-site
Good communication and documentation skills
Willingness to learn — extensive training is provided
Preferred
Paper mill experience
