Responsibilities
Execute assigned project tasks with precision, employing sound engineering practices and adhering to regulatory standards and industry best practices
Ensure tasks for projects are completed in alignment with established processes while contributing to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of internal workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Assist in training new team members and provide constructive performance feedback to support their growth and development
Exceed expectations for the quality of deliverables, ensuring excellence in every aspect of our services
Complete tasks within budget constraints, adhering to our policies and procedures without compromise
Qualification
Required
PE license in one or more US states with willingness to obtain reciprocity where needed
Experience in irrigation water distribution, treatment, and control platforms
Ability to serve as the engineer of record for projects
Mechanical engineering knowledge in a water specific environment
Ability to lead designers in the creation of engineered documentation for non-potable piping systems, master plans, irrigation systems, pump stations, water features / stream structures, storage tanks, wells, and related infrastructure
Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
Ability to ensure on time client commitments are met
Proficiency in AutoCad and site engineering
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality design packages
