Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day administration of Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP)
Supervisors the work of the LRAP counselor
Counsels applicants, students and graduates on borrowing implications
Oversees the day-to-day operations of complex LRAP awarding
Determines applicant eligibility and awards LRAP assistance
Assists the Director with the development of program policies, guidelines, and reporting requirements
Creates and edits publications and related communications
Assists the Director in staff development, mentorship, and other duties and projects as may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years related experience including experience in academic advisement, counseling, and financial aid or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Must be proficient in analyzing figures and statistical information
Demonstrated writing ability
Proficiency using word processing and database software
Preferred
3+ years experience in a corporate or comparable graduate business school environment
