Responsibilities

Managing key project elements such as scope, cost, schedule, and staffing
Coordinating with external vendors and overseeing contractual commitments
Reviewing technical documents and responding to project inquiries
Monitoring costs and project progress efficiently
Managing all project resources and costs, including staff, contractors, and budgets
Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to establish project scope and objectives

Required

1-3 years' project management experience in building infrastructure and/or energy reduction initiatives
Associate degree
Demonstrated knowledge of construction or HVAC industry
Strong computer skills
Must be authorized to work in US
Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License
Government badge may be required for most sites, must be prepared to pass an extensive background check

Bachelor's preferred
PMP a plus
