Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain both cloud and internal network infrastructure

Install and integrate new server hardware and applications

Monitor and maintain needed updates across the network

Monitor and ensure network security and connectivity

Resolve problems reported by end users

Define, manage, and automate network policies and procedures

Administer servers, desktops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, handhelds, smartphones, software deployment, and other duties as assigned
