Inside Sales Representative - Part Time
Telos Health Systems is expanding nationally and is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help grow their presence across Skilled Nursing and post-acute care. The role involves connecting with administrators and operators, uncovering opportunities, and delivering high-quality medical and behavioral health services in senior living environments.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound calls, email, and virtual outreach
Schedule meetings, nurture leads, and support regional growth initiatives
Conduct needs assessments with SNF and post-acute operators to align Telos solutions with client goals
Manage the virtual sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal and follow-up—with a focus on long-term value
Track activity and insights in CRM tools to inform strategy
Partner with field and clinical teams for smooth client handoffs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales or business development experience
Proven success in lead generation, pipeline management, and hitting sales goals
Strong communication and virtual presentation skills
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and solid Excel skills
Preferred
