Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end mobile application architecture using Ionic and Capacitor for hybrid development and Swift for native iOS components
Define mobile development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
Drive technical decisions related to performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
Mentor and guide mobile developers across hybrid and native stacks
Collaborate with UX, Product Owners, Backend, DevOps, and Security teams
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
Ensure high-quality mobile releases through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization
Implement mobile security best practices (secure storage, encryption, authentication, certificate pinning, etc.)
Monitor and resolve production issues and support app lifecycle management

Required
